Complaint Procedure

VI. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

    1. Apprenticeship Coordinator- Apprentice complaints should be directed to the Coordinator for action. The coordinator will track all complaints in a log and provide feedback to the apprentice in a timely manner.
    2. Committee- if an apprentice wishes to take his/her complaint before the Committee, he/she must present a written request to be put on the next agenda with a brief statement as to the nature of the complaint, at least five (5) days before the next Committee meeting.
    3. Class Representative- Apprentices may direct complains through their class representative. These may be oral or written. The class representative will be responsible to ensure that the complaint is routed to the coordinator for inclusion on the next committee meeting agenda.
